Recently I posted a picture in my stories of a smoothie bowl I made at home, and all of you went crazy asking me how I made it.  So i decided to share the recipe, but even better i decided to share how to make your own smoothie bowls. Having a hard time getting your chips nice and thin? Spray the bottom of a dry measuring cup with nonstick cooking spray and press lightly on the scoops of avocado mixture to flatten. It's super easy, and totally mess-free!   INGREDIENTS 1. large ripe avocado  2. 3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan 3. 1 tsp. lemon juice 4. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 5. 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 6. Healthy Snack: Frozen Bananas with chocolate

I'm absolutely sure that just like me ( a human being) you get a lot of cravings!!.. this is a great way to lower the sweet rush and enjoy a healthy treat.  Ingredients: 1. Bananas (Frozen) 2. Homemade Chocolate :      To make it you only need 2 table spoons of coconut oil, 1 tbs of raw cacao powder, stevia. Mix everything together and use the microwave to melt the chocolate.
